This is an EBL Outreach event designed to introduce college students to the banking industry and the breadth of available career opportunities available, including: diversity of careers and skills, highly honorable, respected and credible profession, extreme potential for upward mobility, focus on building and supporting communities through lending, community service, jobs, small business and economic development.

The format is a panel discussion with 3-5 bankers led by a moderator talking about their careers and answering student questions. It requires very little preparation and it's lots of fun. 

We need EBL members to volunteer to participate in the panel discussion. Below is a list of current participants:
